Our Services

  • Straightforward, empathetic, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, and more. We work well with clients who want more than just a passive listener—offering an active, collaborative approach that’s tailored to your goals and grounded in psychological science.

  • We offer a rotating schedule of group therapies designed to target specific concerns in a supportive, structured setting. Group formats may include topics such as managing anxiety, improving sleep, coping with trauma, and building healthier relationships. Group therapy can be a powerful way to learn new skills, gain perspective, and connect with others facing similar challenges—reminding us that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

  • We provide comprehensive psychological assessments to clarify diagnoses, guide treatment, and support personal or professional goals. Services include evaluations for ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, personality functioning, and intellectual ability (IQ testing). Whether you're seeking clarity about longstanding concerns or need documentation for school, work, or medical purposes, psychological testing can offer valuable insights that go beyond what talk therapy alone can provide.

  • We offer specialized consultation services for active duty service members and veterans navigating military medical and administrative processes. Drawing on firsthand experience within the military system, we provide guidance on fitness for duty evaluations, Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB), separation and retirement transitions, and related psychological documentation.

    Our consultation services may include:

    • Explaining military mental health procedures and terminology

    • Reviewing and organizing psychological records for clarity and effectiveness

    • Offering second opinions and diagnostic clarification

    • Educating clients on how mental health concerns may affect duty status, retention, or administrative decisions

    • Helping clients better understand the psychological implications of medical or command actions

We are not affiliated with the Department of Defense or the Department of Veterans Affairs. These services are not a substitute for legal representation, official military medical evaluation, or Veterans Service Officer (VSO) advocacy
